After centuries of a male-dominated urban planning culture, the pressing question is what urban planning looks like from a female perspective and what role women will play in the future.There have been many significant achievements by women over the past 150 years that have significantly shaped and influenced the city of today. They range from the small impulses that impact our daily urban life, to the design of bridges, plazas and parks, to the planning of urban expansion areas and entire cities.
